This creatine blend has produced some great results for us. The flavor we chose was “Pina Colada”. It sounds a lot more appealing than it really is. The flavor is probably not all that bad depending on what you think is bad. Just don’t mix your 1st glass of it envisioning a frosted glass of icy goodness sitting in the sun beside the pool. It comes in other flavors as well so pick what sounds best to you. It is both a pre and post workout formula so you feel a real energy surge right before your workout and gives you the post exercise recovery assistance your muscles require. This formula is in the form of creatine ethyl ester. It was really easy to take and we felt no adverse side effects whatsoever. Easy 1 scoop a day on non-workout days and 2 scoops (1 before and 1 after) on workout days. Really user friendly, no measuring or calculating just scoop and serve. Also of note, the muscle pump from this blend was excellent. A real “full” muscle feeling each day whether you were active or not. Caffeine free. Aspartame free.
